Earlier today at the babysitter's house:
Sitter: "Did you know David can climb stairs?"
Me: " . . . "
Sitter: "He was sitting at the bottom of the stairs when [her two-year-old son] and the cat ran up the stairs. So he started climbing up them. He got to about the third step and they came running back down--"
Me:"And then he was stuck, right?"
Sitter:"yeah."
